Apur is a non profit association of the City and Department (one of the 95 main administrative divisions of France) of Paris, the Government, the Ile-de-France Region ( one of the 26 administrative territorial units corresponding to a group of Departments in France), the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Paris Transportation Authority (RATP), the French Social Security and Child Benefit Office (CAF), the Paris Métropole, and the Orly-Rungis-Seine-Amont Public Urban Development Establishment (EPA ORSA).
