Apur has 85 salaried employees composed of multidisciplinary teams:
- Those responsible for studies (architects, engineers, economists, geographers, sociologists, demographers, mapmakers) divided into three teams (urban development, environmental and transport network development, societal development), in addition to a Metropolitan mission
- GIS and IS specialists, statisticians
- Documentation, Publishing and Communication Departments
- Agency departments: (Personnel, Accounts Departments...)
