Apur has worked on environmental thematics since the beginning of 2000. Based on its work on the urban built up context, on energy, water, climate and new modes of constructing the city, it wanted to draw up the spectrum of rules to contribute to attaining this objective.
To take full advantage of what exists, to expand massively the rehabilitation of buildings, prioritising low carbon materials, exploiting local resources, optimising each greened square metre, enhancing the water cycle and sharing the seven major chapters that make up this spectrum of rules. So many possibilities for accompanying the necessary expansion of regulatory documents in order to move towards a carbon climate framework.
