Basically expensive?

The price of land has increased by 71% in 10 years, today it regularly reaches in the balance sheet of a development operation 30%, 40%, even 60% in the most tense areas. It is therefore urgent to fight against land speculation.

"Reducing the cost of land and increasing the supply of housing accessible to the French" is the ambitious objective of Jean Luc Lagleize's bill. After having submitted a report to the Prime Minister on November 6 (download the summary of the report), the Deputy for Haute-Garonne tabled this bill in the National Assembly, adopted unanimously on November 28, 2019. It will be considered by the Senate on April 1, 2020.
