After five years of implementing rent control, Apur offers an unprecedented observation of the effects of the system on the Parisian territory. To carry out this evaluation, econometric work was carried out by CESAER researchers using data from advertisements from the SeLoger group and leases collected by OLAP. The team was accompanied by a steering committee bringing together Insee Île-de-France, the Housing and Housing Directorate of the City of Paris, the regional and interdepartmental Directorate of Accommodation and Housing Île -de-France and the Paris metropolitan area rent observatory.
