Based on the land registry database (Public Finance Ministry Majic files) it is possible to distinguish, quantify and locate surface areas occupied, on the one hand, by housing and, on the other, by business premises. This information transposed into proportional form has enabled a map to be made of the mix to be found on land plots. It offers a wide scale reading of monofunctional landholdings and an awareness of the widespread presence of businesses within the urban fabric.
