The land registry database (Public Finance Ministry Majic files) makes it possible to distinguish if the housing on each land plot is individual or collective. The map shows the wide area covered by the urban fabric of individual housing within Métropole du Grand Paris: only I housing unit out of 10 is a single standing house while the area they cover occupies over 40% of land devoted to housing.
