GIE Paris Commerces relet 60% of its premises to commercial and artisanal businesses.

Established since May 2017 and created by the three main social landlords (Paris Habitat, Elogie-Siemp and Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris), the principal objective of GIE Paris Commerces is to relet properties owned by the landlords, most of which are located on the ground floor of buildings.
225 premises were re-let during the course of 2024, 136 of which accommodate commercial or artisanal businesses (60%), 19% non-profit associations, 11% offices and 7% medical services. 47 premises are used for activities of a “responsible” nature (short / organic food supply, eco-friendly modes of mobility, recycling, repairing etc.), i.e. more than one in five of all premises re-let.
