Studies carried out from February 2011 to July 2012 by Apur and their partner organisations (Airparif, DRIEA, City of Paris departments), have clearly shown the limits of the ZAPA provision (Zone for Priority Action for the Air) in the Île-de-France context, due to technical , regulatory, socio-economic and political reasons.
