After focusing on neighbourhoods in the vicinity of stations which will be operating by 2025, the Observatory of Grand Paris Express Station Neighbourhoods here turns its attention to the 33 other stations that will be finalised by 2030.

This document is the second part of a study on the changes taking place in areas around the Grand Paris Express stations.
177 development projects, covering on average 37% of the surface area of station neighbourhoods, are underway in 33 station neighbourhoods and programmed to be completed by 2030. These projects will provide 93,000 housing units, 5.8 million m2 of office space, 1.6 million m2 of facilities and over 4 million m2 of other businesses and activities.
As in the first part the study dealing with the period up to 2025, 5 public policy themes have been selected as guidelines for analysing these ongoing changes:
- The acceleration of housing construction, the functional mix and territorial rebalancing.
- The social mix and reduction of inequality.
- Commitment to the environment and innovation aimed at achieving a carbon-neutral city.
- Accessibility and enhancement of the attractiveness of public spaces.
- New ways of functioning, the diversification of uses and tools.
