Despite the evolving trend towards more equality, the gaps between the situation of men and women persist in the capital.
Certain tend to diminish: notably inequality in the level of qualifications and diplomas, being in work and socio-professional categories. Others remain wide such as the inequality of salaries and part-time work. Differences between districts can be seen: the most well off districts are recorded as having greater disparities particularly in the gender wage gap.
