As requested by the organisation specialised in housing Grand Paris Habitat, Apur has drawn up a portrait of the Est Ensemble focusing on housing issues. This territorial diagnostic is based on over 100 indicators and 40 maps grouped under 6 main themes : a presentation of the territory and its regulatory framework, the socio-demographic and economic situation, the characteristics of parks and housing, the housing market and demand for social housing, construction dynamics and major projects.

At the end of each section the key elements are emphasised so as to highlight the housing challenges of today and the years to come.

Grand Paris Habitat, the economic interest group GIE of CDC Habitat, groups together the Île-de-France development teams, the managing structures and owners of projects and urban renovation of the leading housing organisation in France.
