Apur has made a collection of comparative maps of applications for social housing in progress at the end of 2015 and allocations made during 2015. Linked to the creation of Métropole du Grand Paris on 1st January 2016, the maps were established on a communal scale including all the Île-de-France communes and zoomed to highlight the situation in the metropolis. Summary tables present results for Paris and the11 territories which form Métropole du Grand Paris.
Since March 2011, the government has put in place a National System of Recording (SNE) applications for rented social housing based under a single registration number. Statistical data produced by this national recording system has been available since April 2016 on the web site:
These data make it possible to describe the characteristics of those applying for housing whose application was in progress on 31st December 2015 as well households whose applications had been granted during the year 2015, that is to say household who were allocated housing.
