Is the institutional re-organisation which began on 1st January 2016 - namely a Métropole du Grand Paris sui generis made up of public territorial establishments of intercommunal cooperation with their own tax system - likely to have an effect on the borders between Île-de-France territories or to create a “three tiered region”?
Led jointly by the Grand Paris Metropolitan Forum, the Paris Urbanism Agency and the Île-de-France Development and Urbanism Institute, this study provides answers and solutions, and is intended for Île-de-France key players who wish to make use of it.
