This second phase of the study of new sites for cultural activities in the heart of the Parisian conurbation throws fresh light on the relationship between venues which benefit from the support of institutional cultural policies such as public amenities, museums, cinemas, libraries and the dynamics of informal cultural action.
This study has been carried out in a pilot territory taking in the Communes of Bagnolet, Montreuil and the 20th arrondissement of Paris via a survey and round table meetings with the key players implementing these policies.
