This year, the 42nd national meeting of town planning agencies will be organized by Fnau on December 1, 2 and 3, 2021. How to live together and rebuild living together? It is on these questions that the 42nd meeting will be held!

The Covid-19 crisis has profoundly shaken up our relationship with the world: strict confinement, barrier gestures, distancing from others in public space, as well as in the private sphere. This will permanently question our lifestyles, our ways of living and more broadly, our way of doing society. But this crisis comes on top of others we already know: economic, social and of course ecological and climatic. Faced with these emergencies, everyone is re-examined in their relationship to the other, in their relationship to nature and in their relationship to the territory (s). It also questions cities even more fiercely about their future capacity to guarantee desirable and affordable living conditions for all.

We also have a number of questions: how can we live together in public space and places where we live together? How to adapt cities to the challenges of climate change and live together sustainably with nature? How to re-link the territories and ensure their cohesion, between management of proximity and remoteness? How can we adapt our habitats, workspaces and our living environment to accommodate the new needs and new expectations of populations (teleworking, hybridization of spaces, access to nature, etc.)?
