2022 INDEX = 95/100 POINTS

The Paris Urbanism Agency has for many years been committed to respecting workplace equality between men and women.
In accord with this principle and the terms and conditions of the annexes of Decree n° 2019-15 of 8th January 2019, referring to removal of the wage gap between women and men, Apur, in 2022, published an index of women-men parity of 95 out of 100 points (a minimum of 85 points being required by the legislation).
This shows the wage equality between men and women within Apur.
