This second professional meeting at the Pavillon de l'Arsenal devoted to the future PLU wishes to allow each and everyone, actors of the design, the promotion, the construction, to learn more precisely about the main provisions of the regulations, still under study. .

It is also an opportunity to question those who design it around two round tables. The first will more specifically address questions of urban morphology, the second the challenges of programming and attractiveness.

What urban form draws the bioclimatic PLU? Will the regulations determine an aesthetic? How will the rule promote the adaptation of buildings to climate change? What tools will the PLU put in place to promote programmatic diversity? How to program the quarter-hour city? Can we make density desirable?
