Dominique ALBA was appointed Managing Director of the Paris Urbanism Agency on the 1st February 2010, Dominique ALBA has also been the Managing Director of the Pavillon de l’Arsenal since May 2003.
The mission of the Paris Urbanism Agency (Apur) is to document, analyse and develop planning strategies for urban and societal evolution. It is above all:
- A tool at the service of public policies for planning and developing on Parisian and metropolitan scales;
- A forerunner for the implementation of the metropolis of Grand Paris involving metropolitan know-how as defined in the texts of the Maptam law;
- A platform for exchange, distribution and communal construction in close contact with all the key players in Paris and the metropolis, technical syndicates, public establishments, municipalities and citizens.
