Nordic Talks: the Nordic Countries are organizing a series of 3 online conferences dedicated to their sustainability commitments, in partnership with Les Échos on February 9, 2021. Dominique Alba will speak on the debate "Green lifestyle, green spaces and healthy quarters ".
Faced with the problem of climate change and the awareness of the impact of each on their environment, at all levels, the way of life in the Nordic countries inspires and interests more and more our societies in search of a daily life more respectful of the environment.
For the first time, in partnership with Les Echos, a series of 3 conferences of 30 minutes each will be broadcast on Tuesday February 9 from 9 a.m. to 10:35 a.m.
Led by David Barroux - Editor-in-Chief of Les Echos - these conferences will address the theme of the Nordic way of life and its impact on urban planning, development and responsible construction.
The 3 themes addressed:
- I Feel Wood - wooden buildings to make cities more sustainable and more pleasant: discussions around the needs for sustainable buildings and on how wood can be used to reduce the carbon footprint. - “Green” lifestyle, green spaces and healthy neighborhoods: a conference on green infrastructure solutions, on how cities can plan this type of development and develop new innovative solutions to support a healthy lifestyle. The experiences of northern innovation districts that co-create and experiment with projects supporting a healthy and inclusive daily life will be shared.
