This study was conducted in collaboration with 8 local authorities, the department of Seine-Saint-Denis and the City of Paris. It focuses on defining a new relationship between the public waterways, privately-owned land bordering the canal and public spaces of the district.
The aim of this work is to find ways of opening up the canal to its bordering areas and to design and landscape its embankments in accordance with all its uses and its location in the heart of new business and residential areas.
