After La Défense, Montparnasse and Left Bank Paris, a new centre for development is emerging at the centre-north of the Paris urban agglomeration. The sector stretches from the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est railway stations to the Stade de France in Saint-Denis. This is a historic opportunity for districts which have for a long time been disadvantaged.
