The fourth mission of the 2009-2010 cooperation project between the City of Paris and Rio de Janeiro City Hall took place from the 12th to 16th April 2010.
This mission was carried out by two specialists from the Apur and an expert from the City of Paris public housing agency -RIVP-.
Its aim was to first consolidate the diagnosis established during the previous mission in November 2009 dealing with transport and urban project aspects, and then to begin discussions on the question of social housing, as an expert in the field was participating for the first time in this phase of the Paris-Rio de Janeiro cooperation programme.
