This map shows the changes in the number of office workers in municipalities between 1990 and 1999. Data come from complementary exploitation of the population census which enables the profession, work place and residency location to be determined. Office jobs are identified based on the detailed registration of professions and socio-professional categories (PCS) (157 out of 498). To enable a longitudinal analysis, 12 PCS were put aside to adopt a field common to previous nomenclatures.
