The 2022-2023 partnership program is organised into four main fields of work:

  1. Databases and cartography
  2. Forward-looking knowledge for a sustainable city for all
  3. The transformation of territories
  4. Dissemination

Missions, the subject of numerous publications
Almost 500 documents have been put online since 2014: data, maps, notes, studies, forward-looking work on the scale of Paris and Greater Paris - Grand Paris, from land parcel to municipal communes and the entire territory.

Work is carried out using many different methods and with numerous partnerships
The agency is a “trusted third party”, a platform for exchanging, disseminating and jointly constructing with all players in Paris and Grand Paris: technical syndicates, public institutions, local authorities and citizens. The work is multiscalar: land parcels, street blocks, municipal communes, territories, Paris, Grand Paris Metropolis, the River Seine Valley.
If need be, these perimeters are enlarged to include, for example, city/country links and European or even worldwide comparisons. They are carried out in an open conversation which facilitates the confrontation of points of view and approaches with our partners, as well as with university research laboratories. Many new forms continue to be introduced: more “dataviz”, shared workshops and publications of Paris Projet and common frames of reference.

Programme orientations for the coming years
However long it takes to manage the current health crisis, it will leave long lasting marks on the city, urban practices, economies, life-styles, the city-nature and city-country relationship, the architecture of housing, the property market. Also, if it imposes itself as a particular angle of approach in all future studies, having already influenced some since 2020, it reinforces the founding approaches of our work.
