Professional skills workshop - Urban geomatics and engineering

têtière 142x114 - 32e rencontre nationale des agences d'urbanisme - métiers

All agencies now have geographical information systems (GIS) - they are a real aid to urban engineering, shedding new, up to date light on territorial analyses.

How can agencies encourage use of these geomatic tools and make them more easily accessible to non-technical people in order to develop partnerships and improve skills?

Organised by the North Lorraine Urbanism and Sustainable Development Agency -AGAPE- and by the Greater Amiens Urbanism and Sustainable Development Agency -ADUGA- in co-operation with the Centre for Research on Networks, Transport, Urbanism and Construction -CERTU- and the Geomatic Club of FNAU (National Federation of Urban Planning Agencies)

The detailed programme of the workshop can be seen on the French page.
