Colloquium – Substandard housing in the Parisian metropolis: what territorial mobilisation?

The City of Paris, the Aubervilliers Town Council and the community of the Plaine Commune conurbation, in collaboration with Paris Métropole are organising a colloquium, on 16th April, devoted to the problem of substandard housing in the Parisian metropolis in the presence of  Cécile Duflot, the Minister of Territorial Equality and Housing.

On the programme: 3 reflective workshops and a round table to close the event.
Stéphanie Jankel, head of projects at Apur, will speak at the first workshop, which will look at tools for observing substandard housing, and will present the Parisian procedure for preventing buildings from becoming run-down.
The second workshop will address the mobilisation of those active in the field and will discuss the legal risks,  while the third workshop will analyse the operational responses that are possible.
