The GIE Paris Commerces enabled 171 premises to be re-leased in 2022.
The mission of the GIE Paris Commerces, which began in 2017, is to establish both varied and high quality businesses in areas where this type of offer is not always present, in premises owned by one of the three Parisian social landlords or their subsidiaries, that have been vacated.
During 2022, 171 premises were re-leased focusing mainly on businesses of a responsible nature such as sustainable food (14), shops that favour reuse and ethical fashion (12), bicycle sale and repair businesses (8). In 2022 the GIE also enabled medical practices (7) and cultural activities to be set up (bookshops, publishers, audiovisual and musical production company offices).
