On May 20, the Apur will present the analysis of the changes underway in the 68 Grand Paris Express station districts, i.e. 353 development projects and more than 32 million square meters planned, of which around 20 million are still to be carried out. .

The presentation will focus on the main lessons and key figures detailed in the two online studies on the Apur website, one published in November 2019 devoted to the 35 districts whose stations will be delivered by 2025 and the other, published in February 2021, devoted to the 33 districts whose stations will be delivered by 2030. These studies were carried out in the continuity of the work of the observatory of station districts, installed in 2013 and managed with the Société du Grand Paris and the DRIEAT Île-de-France.

The presentation will also be an opportunity to talk about the rest of the work of the observatory and to describe the "Vitalization of station neighborhoods" approach led by the prefect of Île-de-France.
